  • Free Tier: Free users receive a limited monthly allowance. Unused free credits do not roll over.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access and existing credits will remain valid until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
  • Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slander, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code.
  • Automated scraping or "bot" access to our tools without our express permission.
  • Attempting to exploit the credit system, including creating multiple free accounts to bypass limits.

Here in One and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

5. Computed Results

Our tools (e.g., SEO Analyzers, Generators) provide estimates and suggestions based on algorithmic analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of these results. You are responsible for verifying any output before using it in production environments.
