Refund Policy

1. Core Policy: "No Refunds on Used Credits"

The Rule: All subscriptions and credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been used.

Reasoning: Generating API responses (SSL checks, sitemaps, AI features) costs the platform money (compute, third-party API costs). If a user consumes these resources and then gets a refund, the platform incurs a direct financial loss.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

  • Access Continues: Upon cancellation, you retain your Pro status and remaining credits until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No Pro-Rating: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of the month.
  • Example: If you subscribe on Jan 1st and cancel on Jan 15th, you will not be charged on Feb 1st, but you keep Pro access until Jan 31st.

3. Terms of Service Clauses

A. Refund Policy

"All fees and charges are non-refundable and there are no credits or refunds for partially used periods. Exceptions may be made for accidental duplicate charges if reported within 24 hours and no credits have been used."

B. Credit Rollover & Expiration

"Pro Plan credits accumulate month-to-month as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel your subscription, your credits will remain valid until the end of your current billing cycle. Upon expiration of the cycle, your account will revert to the Free Tier and any excess credits will be forfeited."

C. Termination for Abuse

"We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately without refund if we detect abusive activity, such as automated account creation or exploitation of credit systems."

4. FAQ

Q: Can I get a refund if I don't use my credits?

A: No, we do not offer refunds for unused credits. However, your credits roll over to the next month as long as you stay subscribed.

Q: What happens if I cancel?

A: You keep your access and credits until the date your next payment would have been due. After that, your account returns to the Free Tier.
